Fraser Shrimpton has extensive experience in various marketing roles across multiple companies. Fraser is currently serving as the Marketing Director at DB Breweries since October 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head of Marketing NZ at Nestlé from June 2019 to October 2021. Before that, Fraser held the position of GM Marketing & Strategic Planning at Bluerock Ltd from September 2017 to June 2019. Fraser also has a background in consumer innovation and insights, having worked as the Head of Consumer Innovation & Insights at The Griffin's Food Company from July 2015 to April 2017. Fraser has also held various marketing manager positions at The Griffin's Food Company and Cerebos Gregg's. Fraser began their career as a Planning Executive and Trade Marketing Representative at British American Tobacco. Fraser also has teaching experience as a Lecturer in Marketing at Waiariki Institute of Technology.
Fraser Shrimpton attended Tauranga Boys College from 1993 to 1997. Fraser then studied Marketing, Public Relations, and Management Communication at The University of Waikato from 1999 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Communication Studies.
