Blake Gross

Blake Gross is a software engineer with experience in the gaming industry. Blake began their career in 2012 as a Programmer Co-op at 1st Playable Productions. In 2014, they joined Microsoft as a Software Engineer II, where they worked on UI and UX, save, and asset import pipeline, and contributed heavily to the UnityGLTF open source project. Blake was then promoted to Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for the SocialManager and StatsManager consolidated API's design and rewrite. In 2016, Gross co-founded DB Creations, Inc., where they create AR games for mobile and headworn devices. Blake is currently working on a new title for the Snapchat platform, and has released notable titles such as Table Trenches and Admiral Wars (Alpha). In 2018, Gross began speaking at conferences.

Blake Gross attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Game Design and Development. From 2019 to 2022, they attended ExcelMandarin to study Chinese Language and Literature. In 2022, they participated in the Yellow Accelerator program.
