Tim Foster

Tim Foster is Vice President of Public and Private Partnerships. Tim joined Grant Associates in February 2022, focusing on Grant’s expansion efforts. He has over 30 years of experience working with the public/government sector, with 20 years directly in workforce development. Prior to joining Grant Associates, he spent 14 years with ResCare/Equus, and 7 years with Policy Studies. In previous careers he worked for financial institutions building investment portfolios for businesses. Foster has a BSBA Degree from The University of Florida, and an MSW from The University of Denver.
