Craig Shafer

Craig Shafer has over 17 years of work experience, starting in 2000 at UPS as an Operations Planner/Flow Control. Craig administered operations at the New Stanton Ground Distribution Facility, overseeing 50 employees and 8 supervisors. During this time, the facility was recognized as one of the top 5 worldwide hubs for overall metric performance.

In 2007, Craig joined DB&A - DeWolff, Boberg & Associates, Inc as a Management Consultant. Craig led projects such as the implementation of standard hours productivity method and balanced workforce at GLOBAL BRASS & COPPER. Craig also served as a Project Manager, leading teams of up to 9 management consultants in client engagements and supporting clients in achieving organizational goals.

In December 2017, Craig was promoted to Chief of Operations at DB&A, where they continue to contribute to the success of the company.

Craig Shafer attended Everglades University from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Business Management.
