Tisha Langford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tisha began their career at Lufthansa in 1998 as the Director of Operations. In 2001, they joined Cummins Inc. as an Executive in Human Resources, where they remained until 2014. During their time at Cummins Inc., Tisha held various roles and was responsible for managing the company's human resources functions. In 2014, Tisha moved on to DB&A - DeWolff, Boberg & Associates, Inc, where they currently hold the position of Chief of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition.

Tisha Langford's education history is as follows. In 1995, they began studying at Tarleton State University and graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on general management.
