Claupe Oliveira

Claupe Oliveira has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2008, Claupe worked at Compuserv Informática as a Field and Support Analyst, followed by roles as a Technical Lead and Team Lead. From 2011 to 2019, Claupe worked at HCL Technologies in various roles including IT Operations Manager, Service and Operations Delivery Lead, Business Software Developer, Operations Track Lead, Project Lead, and Team Lead. In 2020, Claupe joined Getnet Brasil as a Technology Lead. In 2021, Claupe worked at Zallpy Digital as a Service Manager, Software Delivery. In 2022, Claupe moved to Datum TI as the Head of Technology, and in 2023, Claupe joined DBC Company as the Principal Delivery Manager, Digital Solutions.

Claupe Oliveira pursued various educational opportunities throughout their career. Claupe obtained a degree in Development and System Analysis from Senac-RS in 2012 and a technical degree in Computer Technician from Alcides Maya in 2009. Claupe then went on to earn a degree in Information Technology Management from Universidade Paulista from 2017 to 2019. Claupe continued their education with a series of post-graduate certifications, including an MBA in Leadership and Innovation from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in 2019-2020 and an Executive MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2021-2022. In 2022, they obtained an Extension and Specialization certificate in Digital Product Leadership from Tera. Claupe further advanced their knowledge with additional post-graduate certifications in People Management, Tech Strategy, and Leadership in Innovation from various institutions such as FIA Business School, MIT Professional Education, and StartSe University. Claupe also holds numerous other certifications related to agile methodologies, business innovation, and leadership from institutions including ICagile, Software Zen, and Scaled Agile, Inc.
