Thom Peters

Thom Peters is an experienced professional with a focus on leadership and management within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as Vice President at DBD Group since February 2010, Thom has held various influential roles, including Sr. Vice President of Mission Strategies for the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee from 2004 to 2006, and Management Consultant for the YMCA of the USA from 1996 to 2004. Earlier career experiences include serving as Vice President at the YMCA of Santa Clara Valley and as a middle school teacher at Ashley Elementary School and Northwood Middle School. Thom holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from The Ohio State University, earned between 1971 and 1976.
