Dea Attar

Dea Attar is an accomplished Interior Designer with significant experience in both corporate and freelance environments. Currently serving as an Interior Designer and Chair of the Strategic Idea Committee at La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in Ottawa and Kingston since January 2014, Dea also engages in freelance interior design work. Previous roles include Guest Blogger at Mydoma Inc., Design Researcher at Treata Smart Solutions, and Teaching Assistant at Carleton University. Early career experience includes an internship at H&R Architects. Dea holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Damascus University, a Master's degree in Interdisciplinary Design Research from Carleton University, and a Certificate in Mobile and Web User Experience Design from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
