Marie-Christine Ledoux, ing., PMP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various strategic and operational roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Directrice Expérience client at DBO Expert since June 2025, Marie-Christine previously held key positions at eSolutions Furniture, where responsibilities included Director of Procurement and Director of Strategic Planning. In these roles, Marie-Christine collaborated closely with the CEO and Executive Team to drive cross-functional strategies across Canada, the USA, and Asia. Prior to eSolutions Furniture, Marie-Christine served as the Organizational Development & Performance Director and Supply Chain Director at FilSpec inc. and held several leadership positions focused on operations and continuous improvement at companies such as Verbom Inc., Merkur Inc., and Camso. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, Marie-Christine is skilled in business process management, change management, and enhancing customer experience.
