Matthew Galloway

Matt joined DBO as an analyst in July 2021. At DBO, his deal experience has included the $1.4Bn Series A capital raise by Sierra Space, AECOM’s sale of its Power and Civil businesses, and Mubadala’s strategic minority investment into Silver Lake Partners. Matt works in several verticals, including cybersecurity and enterprise software. Prior to DBO, Matt interned at several investment firms, including Crane Street Capital and FFL Partners, working primarily in education and healthcare private equity.

Matt graduated from Stanford University in 2021 with a Master of Arts in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. While at Stanford, Matt served as President of the Charles R. Blyth Fund, a six-figure student investment fund within the university’s endowment.
