Adrian Tan

Adrian Tan currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Innovation Accelerator at DBS Bank, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Adrian was involved in venture advisory focused on Clean Energy, GenAI, and Fintech at MH Innovation from September to December 2023. Adrian’s experience includes serving as Startup & VC Business Development Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from January 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included supporting startups, fintechs, and venture capital firms in scaling within Southeast Asia. Additionally, Adrian held various leadership roles at WeWork, Vietnam Innovative Startup Accelerator (VIISA), JFDI.Asia, and co-founded SquareCrumbs.com, pioneering mobile learning solutions. A strong educational background includes an EMBA from the University of Hawai‘i and a BA from the National University of Singapore.
