Delia Harris

Delia Harris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for DBS Bank in Australia since July 2021, providing comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at MLC Life Insurance, where Delia partnered with business leaders to drive strategy, and various managerial positions at Commonwealth Bank, focusing on restructuring, talent management, and business partnership.
