Kishore Poduri

Kishore Poduri is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Country Head of Human Resources at DBS Bank since July 2012. In this role, Kishore is responsible for implementing HR strategies for multiple DBS Group entities in India, focusing on creating a high-performance culture and a strong employer brand. Previously, Kishore held the position of Head of Human Resources & Administrative Services at eClerx services Limited, where foundational contributions were made to expand the workforce from a few hundred to over 6000 employees. Earlier roles include Regional Head of HR at HDFC Bank, where HR infrastructure was scaled in southern and eastern regions, and HR Business Partner at TATA Motors Ltd, focusing on the automotive division. Kishore holds a PGDM in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development.
