Medhy Souidi

Medhy Souidi is an accomplished professional in the fields of innovation, fintech, and digital transformation, currently serving as Transformation Lead and Head of Innovation & Experiences at DBS Bank since January 2019. Medhy has held various influential roles in the bank, including Metaverse Lead and Head of FinTech within the Technology & Operations group. Additionally, Medhy is a Senior Advisor and Senior Editor at Money20/20, and the Founder and Host of What The FinTech. Medhy contributed to the FinTech Association of Hong Kong as a board member and co-chair of the Blockchain Committee from June 2017 to July 2023. Previous experiences include project management roles at Privé Technologies and UBP, and consulting on blockchain solutions. Medhy holds advanced degrees in financial engineering from Université Paris Dauphine and EDHEC Business School, along with a FinTech Certificate from MIT.
