Previously, Mengyun served as Assistant Vice President at Citi, focusing on business solutions and digital banking, and has extensive experience as a product manager and lead business analyst. With a background that includes roles as a technology analyst and various internships, Mengyun is skilled in identifying consumer needs, regulatory requirements, and collaborating with teams to deliver optimal solutions in the payment domain. Mengyun holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Diploma in Automation Mechatronic System from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
