Ruchi Gupta has extensive experience in credit risk management, with significant roles in prominent financial institutions including DBS Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Citi. At DBS Bank, Ruchi serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Credit Risk Policy & Portfolio Management, focusing on the management of credit risk for personal loans and credit cards, as well as the design of digital customer journeys. Previous positions include Vice President of Credit Risk Management at DBS Bank, where Ruchi led credit policy formulation and complex technology integration. At Standard Chartered Bank, Ruchi held the position of Director of Credit Risk Management, overseeing unsecured products. Ruchi began the career at HDFC Bank as Manager of the Analytics Unit, bridging various functions to develop credit solutions. Ruchi holds a PGDM in Finance from T.A.Pai Management Institute and a BE in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai.
