Tushar Jadhao

Tushar Jadhao is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at DBS Bank, leading initiatives with Fintechs and ecosystem partners within the consumer banking sector since April 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Product Manager at JSW One Platforms Ltd., focusing on credit products for MSME customers, and Head of Products at U GRO Capital, where Tushar was instrumental in developing digital and offline commercial lending products. Tushar also worked as a Product Consultant at TransUnion CIBIL Limited, advising a diverse range of clients, including private banks and fintechs. Other notable positions include Credit Risk Strategist at Barclays and Credit Risk Analyst at JPMorgan Chase, with early experience as an Analyst at Meritus Analytics. Tushar holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BTech in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
