Darren Connolly

Darren Connolly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations and business strategy. At dbt Labs, from September 2021 to May 2025, Darren held several leadership roles including Director of International Field Operations, Head of EMEAL Growth Markets Sales Operations, and Head of Vertical Growth Sales Strategy and Operations, where Darren focused on building scalable systems and enhancing performance tracking across EMEAL’s Vertical Businesses. Prior to dbt Labs, Darren worked at LinkedIn as Head of EMEAL Learning and Engagement Sales Strategy and Operations, driving cross-selling initiatives and global processes. Earlier in his career, Darren served as Operations Manager at Certus, leading a team to improve customer engagement KPIs, and as a Senior Business Analyst at Bank of Scotland, where Darren optimized processes and created management reports. Darren holds an MBA from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems from the National College of Ireland.
