Jackie Bacic

Jackie Bacic is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner for GTM and G&A at dbt Labs since February 2025, recognized as a recipient of the db(es)t values award in September 2025. Prior to this role, Jackie worked at Elastic from August 2021 to February 2025, holding positions from Senior Recruiter to Recruiter within Global Field Operations, achieving significant hiring success and recognition as the top recruiter in the field. Earlier experience includes roles at Amazon as an Executive Recruiting Coordinator, and at Workhuman, where Jackie focused on recruiting. Jackie also gained foundational experience in human resources during internships at Bryant University and Wolf & Company, P.C. Jackie Bacic holds a BSBA degree in Human Resources Management from Bryant University.
