Kaitlyn Henry

Kaitlyn Henry currently serves as Chief of Staff at dbt Labs and as a Venture Partner at Essence Venture Capital, both positions held since December 2023. Henry has previous experience as a Board Observer at Kintent and Comet, as an Investor at Kolide, Cypress.io, and balena, and as Vice President of OpenView, where roles spanned from November 2018 to December 2023. Prior to these positions, Henry worked at Amazon from November 2016 to November 2018 in various capacities, including leading the experimentation program for the featured merchant algorithm and managing a $110M business in consumer electronics. Educationally, Henry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in 2016.
