Rudi Willner is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise sales and regional management. Currently serving as Enterprise Sales Director for the UK at dbt Labs, Rudi has achieved recognition as the number one revenue generator for EMEA in FY25. Prior to joining dbt Labs, Rudi held the position of Sales Director at Rivery, focusing on data workflow challenges and cloud transitions. At Groupon, Rudi progressed through several roles, including Regional Director for EMEA, where Rudi established sales centers in Warsaw and Valencia and optimized sales strategies across multiple European markets. Earlier career experiences include roles as Regional Sales Director for the UK and Enterprise Account Executive, specializing in client relationship management within the Retail and Travel sectors, as well as a brief stint in Global Markets at Citi. Rudi holds a BSc in Mathematics and Financial Mathematics from The University of Manchester and A levels in Maths, Physics, and Philosophy from St. Edward's School, Oxford.
