Arjen Visser

Arjen Visser is an experienced consultant and entrepreneur with a diverse background in software development, database management, and strategic leadership. Arjen has been a consultant and founder at Dbvisit Software since September 2008, and served as a business mentor at Business Mentors New Zealand from May 2016 to March 2024. Arjen served on the Board of Directors for the Independent Oracle Users Group from May 2017 to February 2020, focusing on strategic leadership. Previous roles include advisory board member for a software company, datawarehouse consultant at Theta Systems Ltd, senior systems consultant and Oracle DBA at Datacom, and consultant at Consultdata (now Deloitte). Arjen began a career as a system analyst/programmer at Time Warner Publishing after completing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems from The University of Auckland. Further education includes studies at the Koninklijk Conservatorium - Royal Conservatoire.
