Henriette Rice currently serves as the Head of People at DC Byte since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles in People Operations at MacroFin and as a PeopleOps Manager at RORA, both from April to November 2024, as well as a People Ops Consultant at RapidSOS during the same period. Previously, Henriette worked as an HR Business Partner focusing on global teams and in People & Culture at PayFit UK from August 2021 to March 2024. Earlier in their career, Henriette held the position of Senior Account Executive at The PHA Group from August 2019 to July 2020 and served as an Account Executive at Instinctif Partners from June 2017 to August 2019. Henriette Rice holds a Master of Science in Psychology from The University of Edinburgh, a Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management from CIPD Qualifications, and a BA (Hon) in PR & Advertising from the University of Westminster.
