Quynn Nguyen, LEED AP, currently serves as the Construction Budget Manager at the DC Housing Finance Agency since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Project Director at WinnCompanies from November 2021 to September 2025, and Assistant Project Manager at Fairfield Residential from January 2019 to October 2021, where responsibilities involved managing various aspects of construction projects from planning to commissioning. Quynn also worked as a Project Engineer at Southway Builders, Inc. from November 2015 to January 2019, assisting in project execution and overseeing construction documentation. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Planner/Planner Coordinator at the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission from February 2009 to August 2014 and as a Housing Specialist for the City of Falls Church from May 2004 to August 2007. Quynn holds a Master’s degree in Development Practice from Sciences Po, a Master of Science in City Planning and Real Estate Development from the University of Glasgow, and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University.
