Nick Wooten has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Nick is currently serving as the Head of Consumer Litigation at DC Law, leading the firm's consumer litigation nationally on cases of public importance. With the full support of DC Law, Nick is actively pursuing impactful cases against abusive mortgage servicers.

Prior to joining DC Law, Nick was the Owner of their own law firm, Nick Wooten, LLC, since 2012. Nick'spractice primarily focused on representing consumers and debtors in bankruptcy against creditors, debt collectors, and mortgage servicers. Nick's cases were often referred to him by other attorneys who had clients experiencing mistreatment.

Before starting their own firm, Nick was the Owner of Wooten Law Firm, LLC, from 1998 to 2012.

Nick began their legal career in 1997 as a Legal Assistant at Beasley, Allen, Methvin, Portis & Miles, P.C., where they gained valuable experience before establishing their own practice.

Nick Wooten has a strong educational background and has obtained several certifications in the field of finance. Nick first attended Troy University Dothan from 1992 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Social Sciences. Following that, they enrolled at Jones School of Law from 1995 to 1997 and obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a focus on law.

Later, in 2012, Nick attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law and received a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Taxation & Financial Services in the year 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Nick Wooten has also earned several certifications from the AAFM American Academy of Financial Management. These certifications include Accredited Financial Analyst, Chartered Portfolio Manager, Chartered Wealth Manager, Certified Asset Manager, and Master Financial Planner. These certifications were obtained in either June or December of 2013.
