Dusti Lowndes

Dusti Lowndes is an experienced professional in emergency management and public health, currently serving as the Director of Emergency Management at DC Water since November 2014. Prior to this role, Dusti worked at the Montana Department of Environmental Quality from April 2004 to October 2014, where responsibilities included emergency planning and providing technical support as a PWS Technical, Emergency, and Security Specialist.
