Kirsten B. Williams

Kirsten B. Williams, Esq. is an accomplished legal and communications professional with extensive experience in public administration and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President at DC Water since March 2021, Kirsten has held significant roles including Chief Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Officer at DC Water, Deputy Executive Director at the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia, and Vice President of Government Affairs for the Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington. Previous roles include Senior Public Affairs Manager at Pepco and Attorney Advisor at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
