Adam Lange is a senior attorney in the Family Law Unit at District Council 37, leading efforts in providing legal services to members since August 2020. Previously, Adam served as an associate attorney at Gitlin, Horn and Van de Kieft LLP, specializing in disability discrimination cases for deaf clients from January 2018 to January 2020. Adam also worked as a staff attorney at the Center for Family Representation, advocating for low-income parents in family court matters from September 2014 to October 2017. Early experience includes legal internships at Lambda Legal, Cardozo Bet Tzedek Legal Services, Brooklyn Legal Services Corp. A, and the Unemployment Action Center. Adam holds a Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law, where concentrations were in Constitutional Law & Rights and Litigation, and a BA in Gender, Women's, & Sexuality Studies and Political Science from Grinnell College.
