Scott Boatman

Scott Boatman is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of West Coast Operations for DCA Outdoor, Scott oversees multiple nursery sites, managing P&L responsibilities and guiding strategic decision-making. Prior to this role, Scott held several positions including Director of Operations at ANN SACKS Tile & Stone, and Director of Operations at Wavecel LLC, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, improving productivity, and shaping business strategy. Scott's background also includes significant roles at Leatherman Tool Group, Leupold & Stevens, Inc., and Intel, focusing on product management, supply chain oversight, and manufacturing excellence. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University.
