Arzaan Mistry

Arzaan Mistry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Arzaan began their career as a Technical Support Engineer at Innovative Systems Pvt Ltd in 2001 and worked there until 2006. Arzaan then joined Citigroup as a Project Lead, where they gained expertise in designing blended learning programs and working on various aspects of Learning and Development. In 2009, Arzaan joined Wipro Technologies as a Project Manager, where they continued to expand their project management skills until 2012. Arzaan then moved on to Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd. as a Manager & Head, Service Assurance Management for a year before joining Wipro Limited in 2013. At Wipro Limited, Arzaan held the roles of Assistant Manager Training and Project Manager, where they were responsible for delivering and facilitating learning programs and managing service delivery and governance. In 2018, Arzaan joined DCB Bank, initially as a Learning & Development Partner and later as Regional Training Lead & Sr HR Business Partner. Most recently, starting in 2020, Arzaan has been serving as the Behavioral Training Lead - HR at DCB Bank. With over 10 years of industry experience, Arzaan has expertise in areas such as leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and social and game-based learning.

Arzaan Mistry completed their education at Cambrian College International from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a degree in Software Management with a field of study in Computer Engineering.
