Satyajit Kumar

Satyajit Kumar has a diverse work experience in the field of training and development in the insurance and banking sectors. Satyajit started their career as a Branch Trainer at Tata AIG Life Insurance in 2008, where they handled training activities and conducted high-end programs related to selling and recruitment. Satyajit then joined ING Vysya Life Insurance as a Deputy Manager Sales Training in 2010, where they were responsible for training administration, conducting induction programs, and coordinating with vendors. In 2013, they joined Tata AIA Life Insurance as a Training Manager, where they continued to excel in training and development until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Manager - Sales Training at Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Co. Ltd. and further enhanced their skills in this field. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Lead - HR Learning and Development at DCB Bank since 2020.

Satyajit Kumar completed their Postgraduate Diploma in Training and Development in Learning and Development from The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) between 2021 and 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing and Finance from Sikkim Manipal University from 2006 to 2008. Satyajit also holds a Masters in Commerce (M.Com) from Ravenshaw College, Cuttack, which they completed from 2004 to 2006. Satyajit completed their Bachelors in Commerce (B.Com) from Ravenshaw College in 2004. In addition to their formal education, Satyajit has obtained several certifications including the Dale Carnegie Program on Training Excellence from Dale Carnegie in July 2022. Satyajit also holds a Certificate in Computing from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Coaching Skills Certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International. Furthermore, Satyajit has additional certifications in Health Insurance, Fellow from Insurance Institute of India, JAIIB, and Mutual Fund Certification from Association Of Mutual Funds In India.
