Johanna Purvis has extensive experience in proposal development and operations, currently serving as the Director at DCCA since April 2013. Prior to this role, Johanna held the position of Vice President at SM&A Inc from January 1998 to April 2013, where responsibilities included managing competitive proposals with a specialization in generating over $1 billion in resulting revenue.
