Mateusz Koszmider

Mateusz Koszmider is an experienced IT recruitment professional with a demonstrated history of working in various roles within the recruitment sector since 2017. Currently serving as IT Recruitment Team Leader and Consultant at DCG since January 2020, Koszmider has expertise in managing comprehensive recruitment processes, candidate sourcing through advanced tools, candidate selection, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
