Joana Sousa

Joana Sousa is an experienced IT Recruitment Team Leader at Noesis since January 2022, where responsibilities include the operational management of the recruitment team and involvement in the recruitment process for the IT sector, along with new employee onboarding. Previously, Joana held the position of IT Recruiter at Noesis, contributing to the company's digital transformation initiatives. Between December 2018 and January 2025, Joana served as a writer, interviewer, and social media manager for Fantastic - Mais do que Televisão, focusing on the Portuguese cultural and audiovisual landscape. Joana co-owned the Instagram page PsicoCrescer from February 2021 to February 2022, which shared information related to psychology, particularly concerning children and adolescents.
