Natalia Sienicka is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in IT recruitment and HR project coordination. Currently serving as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at DCG since July 2017, Natalia has successfully managed IT recruitment processes and was recognized as the Recruiter of the Year in 2021. Prior experience includes roles at HRO Personnel and Work Service S.A., where Natalia executed recruitment processes for sales and IT sectors, and honed skills in candidate selection and interview coordination.
