D Bradley Leech has extensive work experience in the field of development and fundraising. D Bradley is currently serving as the Vice President for Development and Foundation Executive Director at DCH Health System since 2023. Prior to this, they held various positions at St. Mary's University, including Associate Vice President of Development and Campaigns from 2022 to 2023, and Executive Director for Principal Gifts from 2016 to 2023. D Bradley also worked as the Vice President for Development and External Affairs at Heartland Habitat for Humanity from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they served as a Principal at The Phoenix Philanthropy Group from 2012 to 2013, and as the Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Children's Mercy Hospitals from 2007 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they held positions at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and University of Alabama at Birmingham in development and alumni affairs.
