Juan Manuel Rueda Martín

Juan Manuel Rueda Martín is a Spanish business executive who currently serves as the Director of Spain at DCH. Juan has also held senior positions at Agrupación de Servicios de Internet y Prensa (ASIP), PRISA TV, DTS, Sogecable, Telefónica Audiovisual Digital (Movistar+), and Rendelsur (Coca Cola). Rueda Martín began their career as a Consultor Change Managment Services at Accenture in 1992. Juan later became the Jefe de Recursos Humanos at EGMASA in 1995 and then the Director de Recursos Humanos at Rendelsur in 1999. In 2001, they joined PRISA TV as the Director de Recursos Humanos y Servicios Generales, a position they held for ten years. In 2011, they left PRISA TV to become the Director de Organización y Recursos Humanos at ASIP. Juan returned to PRISA TV in 2015 as the Director de Organización y Recursos Humanos and left the company again in 2016 to join Telefónica Audiovisual Digital (Movistar+) as the Director de Organización y Recursos Humanos. Rueda Martín holds a Master in Global Television Management from the Complutense University of Madrid.

Juan Manuel Rueda Martín has a degree in law from the Universidad de Sevilla and a certification from the DCH - Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano. Juan also has an MBA in Commercial and Marketing Management from the Instituto de Directivos de Empresa (IDE-CESEM). Juan is currently a member of the board of directors of DCH Spain.
