Luis Paúlo Solano Calderón

Luis Paúlo Solano Calderón is currently the Director of Central America & the Caribbean at DCH. Prior to this, they were the Sr. HR Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific from June 2016 to November 2021, HRBP at Align Technology from February 2016 to June 2016, and HR Manager at Micro Technologies from November 2013 to October 2015. From August 2009 to October 2012, Calderón served as HR Director at Allergan and from October 2007 to July 2009 they were an HR Director at Continental.

Luis Paúlo Solano Calderón has a Maestria Direccion Empresarial from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, a Licensed Practitioner / Master of Neuro-Linguistic Programming from FREOGAN Centro de Entrenamiento de la Mente, and a Certification from FREOGAN Centro de Entrenamiento de la Mente in Certificación Internacional PNL (Programación Neurolinguistica).
