Veronica Valderrama Garibaldi

Veronica Valderrama Garibaldi currently serves as Vicepresidenta at WAAIME PERU since November 2020 and has held the role of Vicepresidenta de Recursos Humanos at GOLD FIELDS since August 2009. Veronica is also actively involved as a member of WomenCEOPeru, L+1: Líderes Impulsando un Desarrollo Sostenible, and DCH - Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano. As Presidenta of APERHU - Asociación Peruana de Recursos Humanos, Veronica has demonstrated leadership in the human resources sector. Previous roles include Gerente del Consejo de Familia at Grupo BRECA and Gerente Central de Recursos Humanos at LAN Airlines. Veronica's educational background includes degrees in Psychology and Humanities from Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón and various certifications in leadership, diversity, and coaching from esteemed institutions such as Cornell University, Yale University, and the University of Oxford.
