Shivraj Pisal

Shivraj Pisal, CSM®, currently serves as a Business Analyst at DCI Hollow Metal since November 2023. Previously, Shivraj worked at NextPhase.ai as a Business Systems Analyst, where responsibilities included gathering stakeholder requirements and conducting gap analysis for recruitment analytics using the Zoho tool. At California State University-San Bernardino, Shivraj held the position of Data Analyst & Research Assistant while also serving as President of the Indian Student Organization, successfully planning and executing multiple cultural events. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Data Analyst at Crown Media Family Networks, where data centralization and cleaning were key responsibilities, and an Executive Board Member role at the Santos Manuel Student Union. Earlier, Shivraj worked as a Business System Analyst at Atos Syntel, managing IT applications and leading project change management efforts. Shivraj holds a degree in Management Information Systems with a focus on Business Intelligence from California State University-San Bernardino and a Bachelor of Engineering in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration from DY Patil College of Engineering.
