Jesse B Yoder

Jesse Yoder, PhD, is a seasoned data engineer with a strong background in molecular biophysics and extensive experience in leading data architecture projects. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Palantir Technologies since July 2022, Jesse Yoder spearheads a nationwide Covid-19 genomic sequencing pipeline and oversees the maintenance of an NGS data analysis pipeline in Palantir Foundry. Concurrently, Jesse Yoder works as a Senior Data Engineer at DCI Solutions as an FTE subcontractor for Palantir. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager and Scientist at IMCA-CAT, and Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, with significant expertise in crystallography and cryo-EM. Jesse Yoder earned a PhD in Molecular Biophysics from The Johns Hopkins University and holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and Chemistry from Goshen College.
