John Carroll

John Carroll is an experienced Program Analyst and Weather Application Lead at DCI Solutions, where responsibilities include managing software life cycle development and coordinating the development, testing, and fielding of weather software for defense activities since March 2016. Prior to this role, John served as a Cyber Information Assurance Analyst at Northrop Grumman Corporation from July 2005 to February 2016, and held multiple positions as a Security Specialist and a Weather Forecaster and Manager in the United States Air Force from December 1979 to July 2005. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on IT Management from American Military University, and an Associate’s degree in Military Technologies and Applied Sciences, specializing in Weather Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
