Kevin Hyndman

Kevin Hyndman has extensive work experience in operations management. Kevin started their career at NCO-Formerly Risk Management Alternatives as a Department Supervisor from September 2001 to March 2007. Kevin then joined IC System where they held roles such as Team Supervisor, Mobile Operations Manager, and Operations Manager from March 2007 to October 2011. After that, they joined DCM Services and served as a Senior Operations Manager from October 2011 to January 2013, Director of Operations from January 2013 to December 2018, and currently holds the position of Senior Director of Operations since December 2018. In their current role, they take charge of end-to-end operations and manages multiple portfolios and operations managers to drive business growth. Kevin also focuses on designing and implementing policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
