Cari Prosi

Cari Prosi has over 13 years of experience in human resources. Cari is currently working as the HR Director at DCN Diagnostics, where they are responsible for developing HR programs and policies, advising leadership on HR matters, and maintaining the HRIS system. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at San Diego Human Resources Consulting Inc., providing HR services to various industries. Cari also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Preferred Healthcare Staffing and as a Business Partner at Scripps Health. Cari began their HR career as a Sr. HR Generalist at Scripps Health and as an HR Representative at Newland Communities.

Cari Prosi, SHRM-SCP, has a strong education background in various areas. Cari obtained a Certificate in HR Management from UC San Diego Extended Studies from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Cross Cultural Teaching from National University between 1998 and 2000. Additionally, they completed their undergraduate studies at Humboldt State University from 1990 to 1995, earning a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology.
