Rob Hirst

Rob Hirst is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in energy and mechanical systems. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at DCO Energy since June 2016, Rob Hirst holds both a 1st Class Steam Engineers License (Gold Seal) and a 2nd Class Refrigeration Engineers License (Red Seal) in New Jersey, as well as certification as a Universal Refrigeration Technician. Prior to this role, Rob Hirst worked at Pepco Energy Services as Lead Engineer for nearly two decades and gained significant experience as a Stationary Engineer at Trump Marina Hotel & Casino. Additionally, Rob Hirst's early career includes positions as a Boilermaker/Controls Technician with Ed Kurth & Sons, Inc. and as a Boiler Technician in the US Navy, where a focus on propulsion engineering was developed.
