Daniel Matsumoto is an experienced engagement manager at Dcode, specializing in integrating advanced technology into critical government mission areas since June 2023. Prior to this, Daniel served as the program director at Scottish Rite, supporting the CEO in managing a global non-profit organization focused on healthcare, education, and disaster relief, while also leading a significant executive program. Daniel's background includes roles as director of simulations at Strategic Crisis Simulations, where award-winning foreign policy simulations were developed, as well as internships at Thomson Reuters, the National Defense University, Insight Simulation Services, and the Hudson Institute, where extensive research and analysis were conducted in military and international affairs. Daniel holds a B.A. in International Relations and Affairs from the Elliott School of International Affairs and a certificate in Intensive Chinese from Minzu University of China.
