Maxwell Zhu

Maxwell Zhu is a Senior Tech Scouting Associate at Dcode. Maxwell was previously a Government Relations Intern at Blue Origin from May 2021 to August 2021. Maxwell was also the Task Force Lead at the Space Generation Advisory Council and the Policy Chair at the Harvard Undergraduate Foreign Policy Initiative from February 2020 to December 2020.
