Heather Crowder

Heather Crowder is vice president & general tax officer for Phillips 66, a diversified energy manufacturing and logistics company.

Before joining Phillips 66 in January 2016, Ms. Crowder served as managing tax counsel, Corporate for ConocoPhillips for five years. Prior to that, she worked 15 years at KPMG where she became a tax partner.

Ms. Crowder serves on the Board of Houston Habitat for Humanity. Ms. Crowder holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law.
