Michelle Watson

Michelle Watson is a social media and UX/UI designer at DC Web Women. Prior to that, they worked as a web developer at the Anant Corporation from January 2011 to August 2011. Michelle also worked as a web content coordinator at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp (FDIC) from January 2016 to September 2016, where they were responsible for designing interactive wireframes/prototypes, performing content maintenance, cross training student interns, and troubleshooting code errors. Michelle is skilled in Photoshop, invisionapp.com, HTML 5, CSS, and media queries. Michelle is also proficient in Acrobat X Pro and CQ5.

Michelle Watson has a Master's Degree in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University, a Certificate in Web Design and Development from Boston University, a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Communications - Multimedia and Web Publishing from the University of the District of Columbia, and an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from the University of the District of Columbia. Michelle also has a certification from Contract Oversight Management.

They are on a team with Abena Oteng-Agipong - Lead UX/UI Designer, Kristin Jolda - Conference Director, and Alison Hayes - Strategic Partnerships Leader. Their manager is Sibyl Edwards, President.
