Dave Kissel has extensive experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Dave began their career in 1985 as an Associate Media Director at DDB Needham, where they managed media spending for various clients. Dave then worked at McRand International as Vice President of Marketing from 1993 to 1995. After that, they joined Cramer-Krasselt as an Account Supervisor. In 1997, they started working at DDB as a Senior Vice President and Group Business Director, where they led strategic business for McDonald's U.S. and State Farm Insurance and Financial Services. Kissel also co-founded the word-of-mouth marketing discipline at Omnicom's first dedicated social media agency, Zocalo Group, where they served as a Partner and later as an Executive Vice President and Executive Account Director. Dave was a Strategic Advisor to InStadium from 2011 to 2020, during which they served as President and CEO, overseeing the company's growth and transformation. In 2015, they joined Block Six Analytics as a Strategic Advisor. Additionally, Kissel played a significant role at DDB as the Global Business Lead for McDonald's, leading strategic coordination and delivering high-impact strategies worldwide. Dave was also involved in the design and implementation of "The Agency Of The Future" for McDonald's U.S. as a Co-Architect/Chief Delivery Officer at We Are Unlimited.
